no title.

movies of the moment:

so, this movie sucked. i honestly cant even remember anything happening. it was pretty much the worst movie ive ever seen. probably. i dont even know what the beginning had to do with the rest of the movie. the end was so rushed that i had no idea what was happening. somehow she lived happily ever after and i dont even know how. bleh, i was very disappointed... i couldnt even laugh at it. a waste of an hour and a half of my life. no wonder rotten tomatos gave it a 3%. bahahahha... 0 out of 5 stars.

this is for sure one of my favorite movies of all time. everything about it is great. it has a great story, its sad, its funny, its a mystery, and its a chick flick. i think kathy bates is such a great actress, although this is for sure not her best movie. and i dont care what my dad said, they cooked him and ate him after they killed him. i know its true. rotten tomatoes gave it a 81% and i give it 5 out of 5 stars.

tv show of the moment:

well this season was way way better than the first. it seemed so much more believeable and it had more common life problems. well, there were a lot of similarities... houses burning down, people getting murdered, cheating, people getting hit by cars. those arent really everyday occurances but oh well. it must be really hard living in that neighborhood... you could die any moment. idk, im still kind of whatever about the show. its not spectacular. its not rated on rotten tomatoes, but i give it a 3.8 out of 5 stars.

sorry its been so long.

movies of the moment:

recently i got a hankering to watch titanic. i literally watched it every other night in my middle school and half of my high school career. and im proud to say i still know pretty much all of it by heart. its just been so long since i've seen it because most of the time me and my husband watch movies together and he just refuses to watch it. everyone needs to tell him how dumb he is for it and to just watch it cuz its real good. anyway, i love leonardo dicaprio. love him. hes great in everything. i don't really know what else to say about it because everyone already knows what its about and pretty much everyone and their mom has seen it so ill end on this note: i'll never let go.

the prestige. i can't explain how great i think this movie is. number one: great twist ending. number two: HUGH JACKMAN. number three: scarlett johansson not being such a slut. still a slut, but not as much of one. and number four: HUGH JACKMAN. this movie has such a great story and although i think the whole magician concept sounds stupid and gay, it really wasn't. the war between hugh jackmans character and christains bales is unbelievable. the play perfect opposites of eachother. (i hate christain bale btw.) anyway i give this movie 4.8 out of 5 stars just because the person who won at the end i did not want to end up winning.

the crazies is probably the best scary movie i've seen in a long long time (not sure if zombieland counts as a scary movie cuz then that would be but whatever..) i jumped many times and there was a lot of suspense. it was the movie where youre thinking in your head, dont go in there and dont move and look behind you and dont drink that. and i also have a new celebrity crush... timothy olyphant. he was also in scream and made a cameo appearence on one of the episodes of sex and the city. he looked extra hot in this movie. and then also joe anderson from across the universe was in it and he was looking cute.. lol not sure why he was either. i think he must of lost a lot of weight for this movie but anyway... the movie was great. it was almost a zombie movie but not quite, and of course they made the government the bad people also. which im not sure if i liked the fact that they were running away from the government just as much or even more than the crazies. oh well, i give it 4.3 out of 5 stars.

alice, law & grey's.

movies of the moment:

ahh, the long awaited alice in wonderland. i remember reading about this on wikipedia forever ago and alice in wonderland is one of my favorite disney movies ever made so i was super excited to see this. and now that i said that, i was very disappointed. the story line was kind of lame and i felt like it dragged on. i really wish that tim burton wouldve just remade the same story as the animated film just because i liked it better haha. but really though, i know this one is supposed to be more like some book or whatever but that doesnt mean its good. now dont get me wrong i didnt hate the movie at all and ill probably watch it again, but jeez... and im really really getting sick of tim burton using johnny depp and helena bonham carter in every single one of his movies. they are both obviously great actors but i wish they would do something else. i also thought johnny depp wasn't that good in this. oh man, now everyone is going to disagree with me. i should stop now or i could type about it all day. 2.5 out of 5 stars.

law abiding citizen:

now, talk about a good movie. i watched this when i was extremely tired and couldve fallen asleep at any moment but this movie was just good enough for me to force myself to stay awake. i liked pretty much everything about this movie. there was just enough action and gore and intenseness. although it couldve used more of gerard butlers body in it, but i can get over that. it had great suspense, and even though i figured out what was going to happen at the end (which is crazy for me because i never know whats going on) it was still great to watch. 4.5 out of 5 stars.

tv show of the moment:

ahh, season three is complete. really not at all as good as the first two seasons. not even close. but i absolutly loved the jane doe story line. everything about that was good. there were two episodes near the middleish of the season where addison goes to LA and they add like 7 characters that i dont even care about honestly. the whole time i was watching it i was like wtf... i dont care about their life, where is grey's anatomy?? i seriously felt like i was watching a different show. it annoyed me. but other than that... great season. 4 out of 5 stars.

movie of the moment:

yesterday i watched 2012 in the cheap movies. i know, it came out to dvd today but its a movie you have to watch on the big screen. me and my mom pretty much had the same opinion of it. way too long and a lot of unnecessary things. they really could have cut out a lot, including the whole end where the ramp gets stuck... like really? they already went through hours of trying times and difficult things to overcome and they made it to the ship now just let the movie be over... it added at least another 20 minutes of uselessness. my mom was also right when they could have just totally cut woody harrelson's character "charlie." he was dumb and the comic relief when there didn't need to be any. (not saying i don't like him as an actor, because i actually think hes really good... and cute.) but anyway i've officially given it 2.7 out of 5 stars. the day after tomorrow is still my favorite disaster movie.

tv show of the moment:

all i can say is... bravo. seriously seriously a great season. i rarely think the second season is better than the first, but in this case it really was. some of the episodes were so intense i was either shaking or crying. literally crying. i think i cried on the last 5 episodes. it was SO good. i believe i gave the first season 4.7 out of 5 stars, and that sticks... but this season gets 5 out of 5 stars. amazing.
